In a bowl mix 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of milk and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Sift 33gr (or 4 tablespoons of flour through a colander and baking powder are pours and it is stirred again.
In another container place the white of 2 eggs with the help of a mixer, stir together with 23gr (or 1⅔ spoonfuls) of sugar until whipping egg whites.
This is integrated little by little into the mixture (previously made in the other container) until you have a homogenous dough.
In a frying pan pour a little oil, since it is hot with a spoon is pour the mixture/dough in the pan.
Cover the pan for 3 minutes, after this time the pan is pour 1 teaspoon of water and cover for about 1 minute.
Turn it over and pour 1 teaspoon of water to the pan, cover again for 3 to 4 minutes. And ready!
